#101.

Feeling: Restless.

It's terribly hot today! Well, I guess it's been this hot for the past few days. I'm getting more restless & restless as the days past by. And by the time you know it, it's Friday tomorrow! And before you know it too, it's back to school for us schoolkids.

Ah, forget about it. I still have about 2 weeks though.

Yesterday afternoon was awesome! It was spent at the Jurong West Sports & Recreation Centre. It was my first time entering the swimming complex though, so yeah. I was like a country bumpkin there! HA. We changed into our swimming costumes and locked our bags in the locker, and off we went to jump into the pool!

Being traumatic after drowning for like 3 times in the competition pools - 1 time when my friend pestered me to swim in the deep pool despite knowing I couldn't, the other at some swimming pool during my family's vacation in Malaysia and the most previous one was during my swimming lesson last year, I was reluctant to go in into the pool but after a few thoughts, I went it but not to the deep end. I stayed at the 1.2m side which was like already at my shoulder length.

First stop was the Lazy River. After one round, off to the 0.9m to the 1.25m pool. Chillaxing! Then off to the indoor competition pool. And, to the slide area. Was awesome, I guess. Jacuzzi's next and back to the competition pool where we did something rather... silly. Haha!

We left the pool around 4.30pm and after that, it was showering time. For the first time, I finished first! Haha. Packed my stuffs and I was proud with myself. I didn't get my bagpack drenched. Awesome! Since we were so hungry, we made repeated trips to 7-Eleven outside the swimming complex. I bought myself a box of those round chips and Whipped Potato. Nice combination y'know.

It was home sweet home after that.
